Hey guys, you love BlazBlue right? SO DO WE! So when new news about it pops up, expect us to be on the scene later than everyone else! In todays stunning news, a new character has been confirmed to join the ranks of the BlazBlue cast for console releases. Noel Vermillion Sexy Edition: μ (MU)-12 confirmed [...]

E3 Trailer: Shadow Complex

This was a nice surprise from Epic.  An XBox Live Arcade title, and it looks to be a Metroidvania-type game.  We are pleased.

E3 Coverage: Microsoft Press Conference 2009 (Update 9)

So what’s does Microsoft have in store for us today?   Metal Gear reveal?  More on that Kodu game creation thing?  Why aren’t we doing a live blog?  Well, to answer that last question, only Harlan is on deck to watch the conference, the other UNB staff are working, learning, or sleeping.  We’ll see what happens [...]

E3 Trailer: Tekken 6

Oh be still my heart.  I see an android girl, and a giant mecha walker fighting.  Don’t really understand what the fuss is about the blur effects though.  Another notable thing in this trailer is that one stage is apparently in mid-air, and on an incline.  That should make things interesting.

E3 Trailers: Front Mission Evolved

With E3 this week, UNB kicks off our E3 Trailer archive with, you guessed it, something MECHA RELATED. Front Mission Evolved is the latest entry in SquareEnix’s mecha franchise, with it moving away from a tactics game to third person shooter.

Trailer Time: BlazBlue

And in case that short little trailer not enough, here’s something a little more substantial.

The moves of Street Fighter II have gone on to so many other fighting games that to not know the moves indicates of someone without experience. Street Fighter was the game, after all, [...]

Review: Tales of Vesperia (360)

I’ve been here for a decent amount of time, not really doing anything of value and generally sitting around in the woodwork  ( It’s not just you!  [points to the other UNB crew]   -Harlan ).  Now I’m finally going to put myself to work and actually be useful.  Yea, took me long enough, I know.  [...]

Jellyvision Reborn!

(source: Joystiq) Before there was Buzz for the Playstation, before there was that other quiz game for the Xbox, and before there was some other quiz game that I can’t remember either, there was the king: You Don’t Know Jack Yes, you can get the game on the web, in small portions, but the best [...]

Bionic Commando: Rearmed

Bionic Commando: Rearmed has recently been released on the PC, PS3, and X360. A remake of the original Bionic Commando, they’ve taken the same route as the remakes for Megaman and Megaman X on the PSP- make the graphics 3-D, but pretty much leave everything else the same. It’s Capcom returning to form, in other [...]
